In our own words: Gen Z & the arts

Have you read Offset’s article published in the 46th edition of Engage’s International Journal of Visual Art Engagement & Participation? Titled Generation Z and the Future of Creative Work, this edition focusses on the future workforce of visual arts engagement and participation, and the wider engagement programmes and progression routes that develop creative careers in the sector.

This article documents a youth-led ‘conversation’ on how the arts sector could evolve to better support the changing needs of under 25s. The conversation was chaired by student and member of Offset’s Board, Bella Emrys.
