Offset Team
Offset is co-directed by Victoria Gibb & Tara Page. We work collaboratively with individuals and organisations who share our passion for empowering under 25s.
Our wider team consists of exceptional freelance specialists, artists and industry professionals. Everyone brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the mix whilst staying open to shared learning and collaboration.

Our Board

Jon has worked in the education sector for over twelve years. His background is in secondary art education and more recently widening access to higher education. He works as an academic in the fields of Sociology and Education and is a freelance researcher and evaluator.

Bella is studying Politics & International Relations at university. She brings experience of being a young carer; home schooling; and interests in law, sociology and wellbeing. Bella has been an Offset project participant and strives to embed youth voice at the heart of the organisation.

Damian is a holistically minded qualified coach helping clients through challenges in life to become the best versions of themselves. Damian also brings to Offset a wealth of experience from his twenty two years working within the corporate finance and accounting sector.

Matthew is a designer, passionate about participatory processes that facilitate social change. He brings experience as a youth football coach, student welfare officer, and roles focused on student agency to embed social and climate justice within architectural practice.

Dave has more than 25 years experience of working in the arts as an artist, musician, writer, curator, educator, technician and project manager. He has also worked in university settings as a tutor and dissertation supervisor. Dave is currently re-training as a therapist to work within the mental health sector.

Param is a communicator focused on telling stories across finance and business. He brings experience of sustainability and social responsibility-focused reporting and communications, as well as a passion for supporting art as a vehicle for youth engagement.

Kriti is an operations and client services professional passionate about youth empowerment, inclusion, and creative expression. She brings experience in stakeholder engagement and project planning, with a current focus on finance and project management office (PMO) operations. Through her involvement in workplace diversity networks and social impact initiatives, Kriti champions equitable access to opportunity and the role of creativity in driving change.

Emma Stones is a creative producer and project manager with experience delivering multidisciplinary arts projects across the UK and internationally. She specialises in contemporary visual arts, public art, and cross-sector collaborations that connect artists, audiences, and place.
She is currently the Special Projects Manager at the V&A East Museum.

Nathaniel works in marketing and communications in the education sector. With a background in digital art and in adult education, he has both the lived experience of communications in the third sector and a strong background of teaching others across a variety of marketing and communications disciplines.
