Hang out with spoken word artist, Broken Pen. Hear about his career as a performer and what it takes to succeed creatively. Broken Pen (or Pen, as he is called by his peers) describes himself as ‘a wordsmith of sorts, an airbender of kinds and an all-round lyricist’. He is currently on The Voice UK 2021.

Broken Pen will be performing in The Paradise Bar, a Black-led film and gig-theatre piece that explores themes of race and identity. This event by Offset is part of The Paradise Bar’s ‘Members Lounge’, a creative space for young people to connect with the performing arts. Find out more here.
