In March 2023, Milton Keynes City Council invited Offset to contribute to conversations to help redefine shared priorities for culture in the city.
Under 25s - Taheba, Matthew, Grace and Hayley - input their thoughts on the following:
How can we build a cultural ecology which grows and retains its home-grown talent, especially young people?
How might cultural activation in Central MK showcase the city?
How do we want technology to help us support creative practitioners and reach different audiences in relevant, targeted ways?
